And so is Hampton! We usually play slobber ball for an hour or more & I have to drag him in or he'll play all night. With this heat, Hampton will last about 30 min's & want to go back in. Once in Hampton will drink 1/2 gallon of water & drop down on the cool floor for a 15 min break & then will be ready to go again.

Hampton, Ann & I went to Sedgwick County Park last weekend for a Wheelchair Sports / PVA social. We had a great time. Hampton loves the ducks & gease, had to keep him on the leash so they could play/swim in peace. Hampton got to see his sister Ramada & another KSDS dog Jingle. They didn't play much, they where on the leash also, maybe next time!

Hampton is back to his normal stubborn self, after taking his meds :) He is also on a new diet from Hills, it promotes dental health. That's great, but I like it because the kibbles are the size of donut holes & I can pick them up easier. This makes it easier to hand feed Hampton.

He wouldn't eat, throwing up, diarrhea & he didn't want to play this weekend, so we took Hampton to the ER. They took the usual info about him & then they violated him. They needed a stool sample & he doesn't poop on demand. It appears he has a viral infection. They gave him a Cerenia injection & some Metronidazole pills & sent him home. Hampton is a big baby when he doesn't feel good. He starting to feel better, not much of a appetite but is starting to want to play around more!

Hampton & his KSDS friends get together for some fun & food at the Kiess's house. After a afternoon of playing hard, his leg was feeling fine.
